Polydesmid Millipede

Description:

This is a millipede, probably a polydesmid (see the yellowish-white small keels in each segment), found in La Selva Biological Station, owned by Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS), and located in Sarapiquí, Costa Rica.

Habitat:

This arthropod was seen over a old wooden railing (note the abundant moss due to high moisture), in a trail we were walking.
