A large new Liverpool FC shop has opened its doors in Chester city centre today (March 16).
The shop, dedicated entirely to the team's merchandise and clothing has taken over the former Oasis clothing store on Northgate Street, which closed early last year.
With items available on two floors, the new store has replaced a smaller Liverpool FC store which had traded on Eastgate Street since 2007 but is now closed.
Customers will be able to purchase stock including authentic football shirts, stationery, games, babywear and even photo frames.
The Eastgate Street store has been one of the city's most popular shops, and at the time of its opening 13 years ago, was the only club store situated away from a football club's home town, due to the large demographic of Liverpool FC fans in Cheshire and North Wales.
But there are official stores in places all over the world now, even as far as Indonesia, Ireland and Malaysia.
