The Selmer Super Action 80 Series III soprano saxophone was introduced in 1993. It was the first soprano from Selmer to come with both straight and curved detachable necks, and keywork to high G. The Series III was updated in 2010 with new "Jubilee" style engraving and a slightly changed octave key on the neck, but no other changes were made. The soprano saxophones were stamped “Super Action 80 Serie III” in the first couple of years, but in 1995, Selmer dropped the first part and afterwards they were just stamped “Serie III”. The Super Action 80 Series III soprano saxophone is part of a line of saxophones that has a rich history of excellence and innovation. This instrument comes to us in excellent cosmetic and mechanical shape from its previous owner. No noticeable dents, damage or repair can be found throughout the body of the instrument. After a minor adjustment this horn is in perfect playing condition.
