    Pretty good

    I have had this item for a couple weeks now. It was pretty solid construction right out of the box. I have assembled many pieces of exercise ewuipment and the construction was good and it was easy to put together, only took 5 minutes and it was ready to go. All you needed to put on was the handles and belly pad, everything else was assembled. At first using it was a little clumsy, and I am pretty coordinated. After the second time using it I was really increasing my stride and angles by leaving forward our back slightly to get different areas a workout. It takes a little longer to get your heart rate up than a tread mill but there is no pounding on your joints. If you would want to work out every day you could with this item without beating your joints but it is difficult to maintain a ...

    Needs to be lubricated

    This exercise equipment has plastic bushings for the swing arms and foot pads that rotate on steel shafts. If you ever hear any squeaking noises when exercising, the arms and foot rest will have to be removed and the shafts/bushings will have to be lubricated with lithium grease. This equipment should have roller bearings instead of plastic bushings. And, you can't purchase replacement bushings from the Sunny air walk distributor.

    Easy on the knees

    The assembly of this machine is pretty easy. I have a knee injury and I've been looking for something that's not bad on the joints. I had a cycling machine before but it was messing with my knee so I had to give it away. It's small so it's perfect for my small apartment. The area I stay in is unsafe for a walk so this machine is definitely a convenience for me. It helps to keep my weight down also. The only downside of it is that it doesn't have much resistance to it.

    Well Worth The Investment

    Ellipticals provide great cardio and low impact exercise; great for the joints, blood flow and muscle tone. Even affects the abs. Combined with a balanced diet, resistance bands, kettle bells and 20 minutes a day, and in a month you'll see and feel a difference! Good luck!
