Urusei Yatsura

You can grab one of the best anime shows of recent times with this Urusei Yatsura Blu-ray, that’s now on preorder for a brilliant 39% off.

The charming anime show adapts the Urusei Yatsure manga by Rumiko Takahashi, about a man, Ataru Moroboshi, who accidentally makes an alien woman, Lum, think she’s married to him. The incidental proposal occurred after he was selected to be mankind’s savior – happens to the best of us, really.

Hijinks ensue in the romance anime, since Ataru already has a girlfriend, but Lum refuses to leave. It’s a charming comedy that has a cult following thanks to both original manga, which ran from 1978 to 1987, and an early adaptation from the ’80s. This new one started in 2022, and this release combines the first two seasons.
