“Prison Break” actor Wentworth Miller came out of the closet by way of a letter rejecting an honor extended to him by Russia’s St. Petersburg International Film Festival in the wake of Russia’s anti-gay laws. “As someone who has enjoyed visiting Russia in the past and can also claim a degree of Russian ancestry, it would make me happy to say yes,” he wrote. “However, as a gay man, I must decline.”
