MENU

Japanese, Thai and sushi. The elaborate menu has many tempting options. Even better: Photos accompany descriptions of sushi selections.

ATMOSPHERE

A pleasant vibe permeates the cozy surroundings.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD

We began with the chicken satay appetizer ($7.95), chicken on a stick, marinated and grilled Thai style, served with peanut and cucumber sauces. Delicious and plenty to share. Other faves were the delectable garlic and pepper shrimp ($13.95) sautéed with fresh garlic and white pepper served over steamed veggies. A friend ordered the chicken pad Thai, her go-to dish every time she eats here because she can’t resist the combination of thick noodles, tasty sauce and moist chicken (and of course the leftovers). The sushi lover of the group was wowed by the rainbow roll ($9.95), stuffed with tuna and salmon, then topped with whitefish. We finished with the piece de resistance: a huge portion of banana tempura ($5.95), two huge scoops of vanilla ice cream surrounded with lightly fried sweet bananas, all drizzled with chocolate sauce. Heavenly!
