เร่งสอบปาร์ตีมรณะ – สเตรตส์ไทมส์ รายงานวันที่ 2 มี.ค. ว่า ตำรวจกรุงมอสโก ประเทศรัสเซีย เร่งสอบสวนดำเนินคดีโศกนาฏกรรมสุดพิสดารที่เป้นอุทาหรณ์ในงานเลี้ยงวันเกิด น.ส.เอคาเทอรินา ดีเดนโก อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ชื่อดังที่มีผู้ติดตามบนอินสตาแกรมกว่า 1 ล้านคน
หลังผู้ร่วมงานเทน้ำแข็งแห้งราว 30 กิโลกรัมลงสระว่ายน้ำแบบห้องปิดที่พูลคอมเพล็กซ์ เพื่อสร้างหมอกควันเพิ่มสีสันให้กับงานซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อค่ำวันศุกร์ที่ 28 ก.พ.ที่ผ่านมา แต่เกิดความผิดพลาด ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 3 ราย ในจำนวนนี้เสียชีวิตในที่เกิดเหตุ 2 ราย
ส่วนนายวาเลนติน สามีของน.ส.ดีเดนโก ซึ่งสื่อท้องถิ่นระบุว่าเป็นหนึ่งในกลุ่มคนที่กระโดดลงไปเล่นน้ำในสระหลังเทน้ำแข็งแห้ง ได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัสและไปเสียชีวิตที่โรงพยาบาล นอกจากนี้ยังมีผู้บาดเจ็บมีแผลไหม้จากสารเคมีอีก 4 คน
