I ordered a custom red/white/black parachute color from Alex. At first, the product I received was blue and yellow. (Packaged excellently and in great shape, also a very beautiful looking paraglider for anybody who owns this color.) Alex was very surprised and sorry and immediately assured that a new one would be made and told me to just keep the first one. The second parachute exactly matched my requests and is AMAZING!! The parachute is of high quality and it is a light product so it is sure to swing easy with the air motions. Also, both parachutes were packaged so beautifully among the “clouds”. It is clear that Alex is skillful and has excellent customer service. Thank you so much and I would recommend your shop to other paragliding friends!
