Use of buffing product
My use of this item is an alternative use (not automotive). I use it on wood finishes to achieve a glass like finish on lacquered table tops (and many other wood items). That said, always use a high quality painter's charcoal filtered mask. It's terrible and caustic for your lungs when airborne. Use it outside if possible. It works well for my use.

You get what you pay for!
This a great price, but This is not professional grade compound as advertised. It takes twice as long to work & twice as much compound to get the job done. You can "make" it work, but save yourself a lot of time & find a better product.
