Although D2B’s run as the hottest boy band of ‘00s ended with the loss of Panrawat “Big” Kittikorncharoen, its remaining members will bring it back later this year.

More than a decade later, Worrawech “Dan” Danuwong and Kawee “Beam” Tanjararak will return to the stage at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani in November.

In July, 2003, front pages were dominated for a month with stories about a car accident which left Big in a coma.

Big’s car reportedly ended up in a polluted Bangkok canal which caused severe brain infection. Hundreds of fans gathered every day at the hospital and Big went on to become a cautionary tale about the perils of khlong water.

Big died in 2007 at 25 after remaining four years in a coma.

The special concert to recall the days when D2B’s music topped every chart, the “Kid-Teung D2B Live Concert 2014” will be held at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani on Nov. 2.

Tickets go on sale Oct. 4 at Thaiticketmajor with prices ranging from THB1,000 to THB 3,000.
